![Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs:
- [ ] 6-Chicken Thighs
- [ ] 2-Large Chicken Breasts (cut into 6 -pieces)
- [ ] 1/2 cup 100% Pure Florida Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- [ ] 1/2 cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- [ ] 4-Tsp. Minced Garlic
- [ ] 1-1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
- [ ] 1-Tsp. Black Pepper
- [ ] Organic Herbes de Province (optional)
- [ ] Organic Italian Seasoning ( optional)
- [ ] 1/2 of a med. Red Onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- [ ] 1-Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients (besides the chicken), together, in a medium bowl. Place Chicken in a Greased Glass Pan, alternating Chicken Breasts with Thighs. Add Onion and Pepper slices (optional). Pour prepared sauce over entire contents and mix around with tongs, together cover chicken. ![Sourdough Discard Double Chocolate Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
- [ ] 1-cup Org. Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- [ ] 1-cup Org. Cassava Flour
- [ ] 1/4-cup Domino Golden Sugar (less-processed)
- [ ] 1/2-cup Allulose/Monk Fruit Blend Sugar Substitute
- [ ] 1-Tbsp. Org. Inulin (Chicory Root) Powder
- [ ] 1/3-cup Sourdough Discard (unfed is fine)
- [ ] 2-Tsp. Org. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- [ ] 2-Pasture-Raised Brown Eggs (room-temp.)
- [ ] 1/3-cup CountryCrock Homestyle Dairy-Free Heavy Whipping Cream (or Whole Milk, is fine)
- [ ] 1/2-cup 100% Pure Avacado Oil
- [ ] 1/2-cup Ghiradelli 100% Cocoa Dutch-Process
- [ ] 3/4-cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
- [ ] 1-Tsp Baking Soda
- [ ] 1/2-Tsp Double-Acting Baking Powder
- [ ] 1/2-Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- [ ] 1-1/2 cups Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
INSTRUCTIONS:
- [ ] Mix wet ingredients in large bowl. Add dry ingredients, and continue to mix. Then, use Hand-Mixer to ensure all ingredients are blended together, nicely.
- [ ] Use a large cookie scoop or a large spoon to fill Silicone Muffin Cups, in a 12-cup Muffin Tin. Fill them to the top!
(I had enough batter to make 15 Muffins; so I got out a 6-muffin tin, filled 3 muffin liners and put a little water in the 3 remaining empty spots.
- [ ] Bake on 425 for 5-mins., only.
- [ ] Then, turn oven to 350 and bake for 12-15 mins.
